Invoice Notes & Welder Certification Details
This Invoice covers all welding services rendered by our certified Welder personnel at the Marina Bay Tower project site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The assigned Welder, Ahmed R., holds valid certifications from the American Welding Society (AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Code – Steel), the International Institute of Welding (IIW), and the Dubai Municipality Industrial Safety Directorate. All weld procedures were executed in strict compliance with the project's Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and qualified per the applicable Procedure Qualification Records (PQR). The Welder's personal certification card (UW-7742) was verified on-site prior to commencement of work. All completed welds passed 100% visual inspection and 20% radiographic testing (RT) as stipulated in the contract. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Terms and Conditions
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date via bank transfer to Emirates Precision Welding LLC, Bank: Emirates NBD, Account: 002-4455-8899, IBAN: AE07024000000000445588991.
- Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as per UAE Commercial Transactions Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 18 of 2018).
- All welding work is warranted for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance, covering defects in workmanship attributable to the Welder's execution.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
- Hot-work permits, fire-watch arrangements, and all site safety compliance were the responsibility of the Welder team in coordination with the client's HSE department throughout the work period in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Any unauthorized modifications to welded structures after acceptance shall void the warranty stated in this Invoice.
