A late payment fee of 1.5% per month (18% annual) will be applied to any balance outstanding past the due date, in accordance with California Commercial Code Section 2310. This invoice is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Los Angeles County, California, United States.
Additional Notes and Certifications
All welding work performed under this invoice was executed by Marcus T. Rivera, a Senior Welder holding active AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Certification (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW – 6G position) and a valid California C-30 Welding Contractor license. All welds were performed in strict compliance with the American Welding Society D1.1/D1.1M:2020 Code of Welding Requirements – Structural Steel, the International Building Code (IBC) 2021 edition as adopted by the City of Los Angeles, and all applicable OSHA safety standards.
Weld maps, mill certificates for all base materials, welder qualification records, and NDT inspection reports have been compiled and are available upon request. A complete set of as-built welding documentation has been submitted to the Los Angeles City Building and Safety Department under permit number BLD-2025-088412. The client is advised to retain all documentation for the life of the structure as required by California Building Code Chapter 35.
This invoice represents the final billing for the welding scope of work described above. Any additional welding, rework, or change-order work not included in this document will be invoiced separately with prior written approval from the project manager. IronForge Welding & Fabrication LLC provides a one-year workmanship warranty on all welds performed, covering defects in welding execution but excluding defects arising from design, material, or environmental factors beyond the welder's control.
