Invoice Terms & Conditions – Welder Services in Uzbekistan Tashkent
- Payment Terms: This Invoice is payable within 30 calendar days from the Invoice date of June 15, 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Uzbekistan commercial law.
- Welder Certification: All Welder personnel assigned to this project in Uzbekistan Tashkent hold valid certifications issued by the Uzbekistan National Welding Council (UNWC) and comply with ISO 9606-1 international standards. Certificates are available for inspection upon request.
- Scope of Work: The Welder services described in this Invoice cover all structural, pipeline, and repair welding operations at the designated site in Chilonzor District, Tashkent. Any additional welding work beyond the scope listed herein will be subject to a supplementary Invoice.
- Safety Compliance: All Welder operations conducted in Uzbekistan Tashkent strictly adhere to the Occupational Safety and Health regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ministry of Emergency Situations directives, and site-specific safety protocols. Full PPE is mandatory for all personnel.
- Warranty: Tashkent Industrial Welding Co. provides a 12-month warranty on all Welder workmanship detailed in this Invoice. Any defects in welding quality discovered within the warranty period will be rectified at no additional cost to the client.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Welder services shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the rules of the Tashkent International Arbitration Center.
- Validity: This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for Welder services and materials may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
