This Invoice covers the complete scope of professional Welder services rendered by our certified team at the designated construction site in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. The assigned Welder, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan, holds valid AWS D1.1 Structural Welding certification and ISO 3834-2 qualification, ensuring all welds meet international quality standards.
All welding operations were performed in strict compliance with Vietnamese national construction standards (TCVN) and the specific technical requirements outlined in the project contract. Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.05% per day as per Vietnamese commercial law.
2. All Welder services described in this Invoice are covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty from the date of final acceptance.
3. The Welder and all supporting personnel are fully insured under workers' compensation policies valid in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
4. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Saigon Precision Welding Co., Ltd., Account No. 0123456789, Vietcombank, District 7 Branch, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
5. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document under the Civil Code of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in Ho Chi Minh City.
6. The client acknowledges receipt and acceptance of all Welder services as described herein by signing below or by making payment against this Invoice.
