Notes & Terms of Service
- This Invoice covers all Welder services rendered between 02 June 2025 and 12 June 2025 at the client's premises in Zimbabwe Harare.
- All welding work was performed by a certified Welder holding valid AWS D1.1 Structural Welding qualification and Zimbabwe National Welding Council (ZNWC) certification.
- The Welder team adhered to all OSHA-equivalent safety standards and Zimbabwe Occupational Safety and Health Act (Chapter 14:04) requirements throughout the project.
- Weld quality guarantee: All structural welds carry a 12-month defect warranty from the date of final acceptance. Any weld failure within this period attributable to workmanship will be repaired at no additional cost.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days. After expiry, a revised Invoice reflecting current material costs and exchange rates will be issued.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe, with jurisdiction in the High Court of Zimbabwe, Harare.
