In this presentation, we examine the adaptation of Baker strategies specifically within the context of Iran Tehran.

Tehran stands as a critical nexus in Western Asia. As one of the most populous metropolitan areas globally, it faces unique challenges related to traffic congestion, industrial zoning, and environmental sustainability. Integrating Baker frameworks into this complex ecosystem offers a novel pathway for optimizing municipal resources. The "Baker" concept here is not merely an individual reference but represents a structured approach to systematic problem-solving that prioritizes efficiency and measurable outcomes.
