The role of the geologist has evolved from mere resource extraction to holistic environmental stewardship and urban safety planning.

This poster aims to synthesize recent geological surveys conducted in the vicinity of Venezuela Caracas with broader regional data from the Guayana Shield. It argues that a proactive approach, led by expert geologists, is essential for balancing economic growth with environmental sustainability. The context of Venezuela Caracas serves as a microcosm for broader national challenges, requiring tailored solutions that respect local geological realities while adhering to international standards of safety and ecological preservation.

To achieve the objectives of this study, a multi-disciplinary approach was employed, combining traditional field mapping with modern geophysical techniques.
