The primary objective of this study is to analyze historical meteorological data from 2010 to 2023 in India New Delhi to identify trends and propose adaptive strategies for city planning.

Previous studies have extensively documented the rise in global temperatures and their regional manifestations. Research conducted by Singh et al. (2018) highlighted the significant warming trend in northern India, attributing it largely to reduced precipitation and increased solar radiation absorption due to aerosols.

Furthermore, Gupta and Kumar (2020) analyzed monsoon variability and found a decrease in overall rainfall intensity despite increased frequency of extreme events. These findings underscore the need for localized, high-resolution meteorological modeling to capture micro-climatic variations specific to megacities like India New Delhi.

Data was collected from three primary sources: automated weather stations operated by the India Meteorological Department (IMD) located across different zones of New Delhi; satellite-derived land surface temperature data from NASA’s MODIS program; and air quality monitoring indices from central government databases.
