The United Arab Emirates has positioned itself as a global leader in healthcare innovation, with Abu Dhabi serving as the epicenter of this medical advancement. As the nation moves towards Vision 2030, the demand for high-quality, patient-centric care has intensified. Within this framework, the Nurse remains the cornerstone of clinical practice. However, traditional nursing models are no longer sufficient to meet complex demographic needs and technological advancements in Abu Dhabi. This presentation addresses three critical areas: strategic workforce development aligned with UAE national priorities; cultural competence in a multicultural society; and digital health integration for optimized care delivery.
