Data was collected through surveys distributed among licensed pharmacists practicing in major hospitals and community pharmacies throughout Qatar Doha. Furthermore, qualitative interviews were conducted with pharmacy directors at key healthcare facilities to understand institutional challenges and opportunities for professional development.

Key Challenges Identified:

While the trajectory is positive, several hurdles remain for the Pharmacist in Qatar Doha. These include language barriers due to the diverse expatriate demographic, varying levels of health literacy among patients, and the need for continuous professional development to keep pace with global clinical advancements. Additionally, integrating electronic health records (EHR) seamlessly across different entities within Qatar Doha presents logistical challenges that require robust technical solutions.

In response to these challenges, several strategic initiatives have been launched.
