However, recent strategic initiatives by the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan have catalyzed a paradigm shift.

The goal is to modernize healthcare infrastructure by integrating advanced digital radiology systems, enhancing educational standards for medical professionals, and ensuring equitable access to diagnostic services across the capital city. The traditional perception of a Radiologist was limited to interpreting X-rays in darkrooms. In modern Tashkent, this role has expanded exponentially into diagnostic medicine and interventional procedures.
