The primary objective of this academic inquiry is to evaluate the current state of veterinary infrastructure, diagnostic capabilities, and disease surveillance systems within the National Capital Territory.
Historically, veterinary services in urban centers have been fragmented. However recent advancements in molecular diagnostics and epidemiological modeling have provided new tools for understanding disease vectors.
