Despite this potential,the ecosystem lacks structured support systems.Many aspiring Musicians struggle with intellectual property rights,access to quality recording studios,and effective marketing strategies.

This "Project Report"is submitted in response to the growing need for institutional support that bridges the gap between raw artistic talent and commercial viability. By focusing on Tanzania Dar es Salaam,the project aims to create a replicable model for other regions within Tanzania,leveraging the city's status as the primary economic engine of the country.
