Furthermore, Miami is a major center for medical tourism. Patients from Latin America and the Caribbean frequently visit United States Miami-based hospitals and clinics for specialized treatments. Consequently, the role of the pharmacy extends beyond local retail operations to include complex coordination with international insurance providers and cross-border medication management.

In the context of this project, the Pharmacist is not merely a dispenser of medication but a critical clinical provider. The following roles are central to our operational model:

3.1 Clinical Intervention and Patient Safety
