- Delivery Location: All goods shall be delivered to the University of Kabul, Faculty of Natural Sciences, Ground Floor Laboratory Wing, Wazir Akbar Khan Road, Afghanistan Kabul. The Academic Researcher or her designated laboratory assistant shall sign the delivery receipt upon inspection.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in two installments: 50% (AFN 1,107,775) upon acceptance of this Purchase Order and 50% (AFN 1,107,775) within 15 business days of full delivery and satisfactory inspection by the Academic Researcher. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's registered account in Kabul.
- Warranty: All equipment carries a minimum 24-month manufacturer's warranty. The supplier shall coordinate warranty claims and provide replacement or repair within 10 business days of notification by the Academic Researcher.
- Acceptance Criteria: The Academic Researcher reserves the right to reject any item that does not conform to the specifications listed in Section 2. Rejected items must be replaced at no additional cost to the University within 14 calendar days.
- Intellectual Property: All data, research findings, and publications generated through the use of the procured items remain the sole intellectual property of the Academic Researcher and the University of Kabul. The supplier claims no rights over research outputs.
- Compliance: The supplier warrants that all goods are new, unused, and comply with applicable Afghan national standards and import regulations. No restricted or dual-use items are included in this Purchase Order.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to security disruptions in the Afghanistan Kabul region, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions. Affected parties must notify the other within 48 hours.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the commercial laws of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Kabul Commercial Arbitration Centre.
