All items under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the University of Melbourne, Parkville Campus, Australia Melbourne, at the address specified in Section 1. The supplier is responsible for all freight, insurance, and customs clearance (if applicable) until the goods are received and signed for by the designated Academic Researcher or their authorised delegate. Delivery must be completed no later than 05 July 2025. The supplier shall provide a minimum of five (5) business days' written notice prior to delivery to allow the Academic Researcher to coordinate laboratory space preparation and staff availability for installation.
- This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the University of Melbourne's Procurement Policy and the Australian Government's Procurement Rules for research institutions receiving ARC funding.
- All equipment must comply with Australian Standards (AS/NZS) and be certified for use in accredited research laboratories in Australia Melbourne.
- The Academic Researcher, Dr. Eleanor Whitfield, shall serve as the primary point of contact for all technical queries, delivery coordination, and acceptance testing related to this Purchase Order.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice, provided all goods and services have been accepted in accordance with the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order.
