Delivery Deadline: All items must be received no later than 15 August 2025. The installation and calibration service (Ref 05) must be completed by 30 August 2025 to ensure the Academic Researcher can resume experimental work without interruption. The supplier is responsible for all logistics, customs clearance (if applicable for imported components), and insurance during transit within the territory of Belgium.
- Payment shall be made by bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Belgium.
- 50% advance payment (EUR 271,962.13) due within 14 calendar days of acceptance of this Purchase Order.
- 50% balance (EUR 271,962.13) due within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery and successful installation in Belgium Brussels.
- Late payments shall incur interest at the rate prescribed by the Belgian Law of 2 April 1999 on late payment in commercial transactions.
- All invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-BRU-04872) and the Academic Researcher's project code (BELSPO-2024-GEN-0117).
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium.
- The supplier warrants that all equipment and reagents meet the quality standards required for peer-reviewed academic research and comply with Belgian and European Union regulations (including REACH and CLP directives).
- The Academic Researcher retains full intellectual property rights over all data, findings, and methodologies developed using the procured items. The supplier shall not claim any rights over research outputs.
