- This Purchase Order is issued by Dr. Min-Ji Park, an Academic Researcher at Seoul National University of Science and Technology, located in South Korea Seoul, and constitutes a binding procurement agreement upon written acceptance by the supplier.

- Any modifications, substitutions, or delays to this Purchase Order must be documented in writing and approved by both the Academic Researcher and the university's Research Administration Office before implementation.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Korea. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through the Seoul Central District Court or by arbitration under the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) in Seoul.
- The supplier acknowledges that the procured items are intended exclusively for academic and scientific research purposes under the supervision of the named Academic Researcher and shall not be resold or transferred without written consent from the funding body.
