All capital equipment and materials specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the University of Birmingham, Materials Innovation Centre, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B15 2TT, United Kingdom, no later than 30 August 2025. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and risk of loss until the Academic Researcher or their designated laboratory manager signs the delivery acceptance certificate. Installation and commissioning must be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery. The supplier shall coordinate all site access with the university's Estates and Facilities team in United Kingdom Birmingham at least five working days prior to the scheduled installation date.
- Payment Schedule: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order; 50% upon successful delivery and installation; 20% upon completion of operator training and final acceptance by the Academic Researcher.
