The supplier, Tashkent Scientific Instruments JSC, is responsible for all transportation, customs clearance (where applicable for imported components), and insurance of goods until they are physically received and inspected by the designated Academic Researcher or her authorized laboratory manager in Tashkent. Delivery is expected no later than 30 July 2025. The Academic Researcher reserves the right to reject any item that does not conform to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order or that arrives in damaged condition. Rejected items must be replaced or refunded within 14 calendar days at no additional cost to the buyer.

Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in accordance with the following schedule: (a) 40% advance payment (USD 23,905.28) within 10 business days of the signed acceptance of this Purchase Order; (b) 50% upon confirmed delivery and successful inspection by the Academic Researcher in Tashkent; (c) 10% final payment (USD 5,976.32) upon completion of the installation, calibration, and training service (Item No. 10). All payments shall be transferred via wire transfer to the supplier's designated bank account in Tashkent. Invoices must be issued in both English and Uzbek to comply with the documentation requirements of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.5% per calendar day as stipulated by the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The supplier warrants that all equipment and materials listed in this Purchase Order are new, unused, and free from defects in materials and workmanship. A minimum warranty period of 24 months applies to all electronic and mechanical instruments, and 12 months applies to consumable reagents and reference materials. The supplier shall provide dedicated technical support to the Academic Researcher and her research team in Tashkent for the duration of the warranty period, including remote troubleshooting and on-site service visits within 48 hours of a reported malfunction. The Academic Researcher is entitled to one complimentary annual recalibration service for all precision instruments covered under this Purchase Order.

This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Law on Procurement Activities. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the Tashkent City Arbitration Court for final and binding resolution. The language of this Purchase Order is English, with a certified Uzbek translation available upon request for filing with the relevant Uzbek governmental authorities.

• This Purchase Order is issued specifically for the Academic Researcher Dr. Nodira Karimova under Research Grant No. RGP-UZ-2025-1142, funded by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• All equipment must comply with the technical standards and safety regulations established by the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Technical Regulation and Metrology.
