All deliverables produced under this Purchase Order must reflect the professional standards expected of a licensed Accountant practising in the province of Quebec, Canada.

The Accountant engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties within the Montreal, Canada jurisdiction:

• Maintain and update the general ledger on a monthly basis, ensuring all transactions are recorded in accordance with Canadian accounting standards and the specific regulatory framework applicable in Montreal, Quebec.
• Prepare monthly management reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries, to be delivered to the CFO of Meridian Financial Group Inc. by the 10th business day of each month.
• Prepare and file all quarterly and annual tax returns with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and Revenu Québec, ensuring deadlines specific to the Montreal, Canada tax jurisdiction are met without exception.
• Administer payroll tax remittances including Quebec Pension Plan (QPP), Canada Pension Plan (CPP), and Employment Insurance (EI) contributions for all employees based in Montreal, Canada.

• 4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Meridian Financial Group Inc. and Comptabilité Excellence Inc. for the provision of Accountant services in Montreal, Canada.
• 4.2 The Accountant shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 CAD, valid throughout the term of this Purchase Order.
• 4.3 All work performed under this Purchase Order shall be subject to the confidentiality obligations set forth in the separate Non-Disclosure Agreement executed on June 1, 2025.
• 4.4 Invoices shall be submitted monthly and are payable within thirty (30) days of receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed under the Quebec Civil Code applicable in Montreal, Canada.
• 4.5 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. Upon termination, the Accountant shall deliver all completed work product and financial records to Meridian Financial Group Inc.
