Bhd. to formally engage the services of a qualified Accountant and the associated professional support team from Tan & Associates Chartered Accountants for the provision of comprehensive financial, tax, and compliance services. Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order

Scope of Engagement: The Accountant and the professional team assigned under this Purchase Order shall provide all financial, accounting, tax, and compliance services as described in the line items above. All work shall be performed in accordance with Malaysian financial reporting standards, the Companies Act 2016, and the Income Tax Act 1967 as applicable in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
Place of Performance: Services shall be rendered at the buyer's registered office located in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, or at such other location within Malaysia Kuala Lumpur as mutually agreed in writing by both parties. Remote or hybrid work arrangements may be permitted subject to data security protocols.
Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a valid tax invoice issued by the supplier. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified above. The total value of this Purchase Order is MYR 166,500.00 (Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Only).
Confidentiality: The Accountant and all personnel engaged under this Purchase Order shall maintain strict confidentiality of all financial records, trade secrets, and proprietary information of Meridian Corporate Solutions Sdn. Bhd. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of five (5) years.
Compliance and Professional Standards: The Accountant engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid practising certificate issued by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and must comply with the MIA Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. All services must be performed in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur or in compliance with Malaysian regulatory requirements.
Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order by providing sixty (60) days written notice. Upon termination, the supplier shall deliver all completed work and financial records to the buyer within fourteen (14) days.
Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
Amendments: No amendment or modification to this Purchase Order shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
