This Purchase Order is issued by Golden Pagoda Business Solutions Co., Ltd. for the procurement of a full-time Accountant position to be stationed at our primary office in Yangon, Myanmar. The Accountant shall be responsible for managing all financial records, preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements, conducting tax compliance filings in accordance with the Myanmar Internal Revenue Department regulations, and overseeing the general ledger for all business operations conducted within the Yangon metropolitan area. The Accountant must hold a valid Myanmar Accounting License (MAL) and possess a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in corporate accounting within Myanmar.

1. Commencement Date: The Accountant shall commence duties no later than 1 August 2025 at the Golden Pagoda Business Solutions office located in Kyauktada Township, Yangon, Myanmar. The working hours shall be Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, in accordance with Myanmar Labour Law No. 6/2011.
2. Payment Terms: All payments under this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account at CB Bank, Yangon Branch, within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. The monthly salary for the Accountant shall be disbursed on the last working day of each calendar month.
3. Tax and Compliance: The vendor shall ensure that the Accountant is fully registered with the Myanmar Internal Revenue Department and that all applicable withholding taxes, social security contributions (under the Myanmar Social Security Law), and other statutory deductions are properly processed in Yangon, Myanmar.
4. Performance Standards: The Accountant shall prepare and submit monthly financial reports by the 5th business day of the following month, quarterly tax returns by the statutory deadlines, and an annual audited financial statement by 31 March of each fiscal year. Failure to meet these deadlines for two consecutive months shall constitute grounds for termination of this Purchase Order.
5. Confidentiality: The Accountant shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all financial data, client information, and proprietary business records of Golden Pagoda Business Solutions. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of three (3) years.
6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the vendor shall facilitate a smooth transition of all accounting records, files, and software access to the buyer's designated successor Accountant within the Yangon office.
7. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes arising herefrom shall be resolved through the Yangon District Court or, at the buyer's discretion, through arbitration under the Myanmar Arbitration Law.
8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns in Yangon, Myanmar, or changes in national fiscal policy.
