This Purchase Order is issued by East African Financial Solutions Ltd. to formally engage the services of a qualified Accountant, Ms. Grace Namuli, for the provision of comprehensive accounting, financial reporting, and tax advisory services. The Accountant shall perform all duties in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as adopted in Uganda, the Uganda Companies Act (2012), and the guidelines set forth by the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU).

The following terms and conditions govern this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Accountant in Uganda Kampala:

5.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between East African Financial Solutions Ltd. and Namuli & Associates Accounting Practice upon signature by both authorized parties. All services shall be rendered in Uganda Kampala unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.2 The Accountant shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all financial records, proprietary data, and business information of the issuing organization. Any breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order and may be subject to legal action under the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.

5.3 The Accountant is engaged as an independent professional contractor and not as an employee of East African Financial Solutions Ltd. The Accountant shall be responsible for all personal tax obligations, National Social Security Fund (NSSF) contributions, and professional indemnity insurance as required by Ugandan law.

5.4 Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Accountant's designated account in Uganda Kampala. A valid tax invoice bearing the Accountant's Uganda TIN must accompany each payment request. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month as stipulated under the Uganda Contract Act.

5.5 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Accountant shall deliver all completed work product and financial records to the issuing organization within fourteen (14) days of the termination date.

5.6 This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Uganda Kampala in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2000 of Uganda.

5.7 The Accountant shall comply with all applicable Uganda Kampala municipal regulations, professional conduct rules of ICPAU, and any additional compliance requirements communicated by the issuing organization during the term of this Purchase Order.
