4. Terms and Conditions

This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the Algerian Commercial Code and the applicable regulations governing the entertainment and audiovisual sector in Algeria, as administered by the Ministry of Culture and the Algerian Audiovisual Agency (DPA).
The Actor shall perform all services exclusively within the territory of Algeria, with the primary base of operations located in Algiers. Any travel outside Algiers for on-location shooting shall be pre-approved in writing by the Purchasing Entity.
Payment shall be made in Algerian Dinars (DZD) via bank transfer to the account held by Atlas Talent Management at BNA, Algiers. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice conforming to Algerian fiscal regulations.
The Actor agrees to be available for a minimum of twenty (20) working days as specified in Section 3, with a daily working schedule not exceeding ten (10) hours, in compliance with Algerian labor standards applicable to the cultural sector.
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the image, voice, and performance of the Actor, shall be assigned to Sahara Media Productions SARL for the duration of the film's distribution in Algeria and internationally, subject to the separate Artist's Rights Agreement.
The Actor shall maintain valid professional insurance coverage throughout the duration of this Purchase Order, as required by Algerian law for performers engaged in commercial productions.
Any modification to the scope of services, schedule, or compensation outlined in this Purchase Order must be documented in a written addendum signed by both parties in Algiers.
This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes arising from this document shall be resolved by the competent courts of Algiers, Algeria.
The Actor shall comply with all local regulations, permits, and municipal requirements in Algiers, including but not limited to filming permits issued by the Wilaya of Algiers and the relevant arrondissement authorities.
This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until the completion of all services described herein or until 15 August 2025, whichever occurs first.
