All physical and digital deliverables associated with the Actor platform shall be delivered to the Buyer's registered office at Level 12, 333 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia Melbourne. The Supplier shall ensure that all software media, hardware components (if applicable), and printed documentation are delivered in accordance with Australian import regulations and customs requirements. 4. PAYMENT TERMSPayment for this Purchase Order shall be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) via electronic funds transfer to the account designated by the Supplier. 5.
