Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Harbourlight Productions Pty Ltd (hereinafter "the Buyer") and Mr. Daniel R. Whitfield (hereinafter "the Actor") for the provision of professional acting and performance services in Australia Sydney.
- The Actor agrees to perform all duties outlined in this Purchase Order with professional diligence, punctuality, and in accordance with the production schedule established by the Buyer's creative team in Sydney, NSW, Australia.
- Payment shall be made via direct bank transfer to the Actor's nominated Australian bank account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (PO-HLP-2025-04871).
- The Actor warrants that all services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, free from any intellectual property encumbrances, and in full compliance with all applicable Australian and New South Wales employment and entertainment industry regulations.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days written notice. In the event of early termination by the Buyer, the Actor shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a pro-rata portion of the remaining engagement fee.
- The Actor shall maintain comprehensive public liability insurance with a minimum coverage of AUD $20,000,000 for the duration of the engagement in Australia Sydney. Certificates of insurance must be provided to the Buyer prior to the commencement of services.
- All performance materials, scripts, and creative assets provided by the Buyer remain the exclusive intellectual property of Harbourlight Productions Pty Ltd. The Actor shall not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any such materials without prior written consent.
- This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia Sydney.
- The Actor acknowledges that this engagement is for a fixed-term production in Australia Sydney and does not constitute a permanent employment relationship. The Actor is engaged as an independent contractor for the purposes of this Purchase Order.
- Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. No verbal modifications shall be binding.
