The Actor shall report to the rehearsal studio located at Rua Harmonia, 1200 – Vila Madalena, São Paulo, SP, Brazil, beginning on 1 July 2025. The official opening night at the Teatro Municipal de São Paulo is scheduled for 1 August 2025, with the final performance on 30 September 2025. All performances and rehearsals shall take place within the city of São Paulo, Brazil, and the Actor is expected to be available for all scheduled dates without exception unless a written medical certificate is provided.
Payment for the services rendered by the Actor shall be made in three (3) installments via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account specified by the Actor:

All payments are subject to applicable Brazilian tax withholdings (IRRF, INSS, ISS) as mandated by the Federal Revenue Service of Brazil (Receita Federal). The Actor shall issue a Nota Fiscal (invoice) for each installment prior to payment processing.
6.1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Purchasing Party and the Actor for the duration of the theatrical production in São Paulo, Brazil.
6.2. The Actor agrees to maintain professional conduct, punctuality, and availability for all scheduled rehearsals, performances, and promotional events as outlined in this document.
6.3. The Actor shall not engage in any competing theatrical or film production in the city of São Paulo or its metropolitan region during the performance run without prior written consent from the Purchasing Party.
6.4. In the event of illness or emergency, the Actor must notify the Production Director no later than 12 hours before the scheduled performance. A certified medical report must be submitted within 48 hours.
6.5. The Purchasing Party reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice in the event of material breach by the Actor, in which case a pro-rata payment for services already rendered shall be made.
6.6. All intellectual property related to the performance, including recordings and photographs taken during the production in São Paulo, Brazil, shall remain the property of the Purchasing Party.
6.7. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the city of São Paulo, SP, Brazil.
Note: The Actor is required to attend a mandatory safety and fire-egress briefing at the Teatro Municipal de São Paulo prior to the first rehearsal. The Actor must also comply with all local labor regulations set forth by the São Paulo State Labor Department (Sindicato dos Artistas de São Paulo). This Purchase Order does not create an employment relationship; the Actor is engaged as an independent service provider under Brazilian civil law (Código Civil, Art. 593 et seq.).For the Purchasing Party:
