- Payment Schedule: The Buyer shall remit payment in three (3) installments: 40% upon execution of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of principal photography, and 20% upon final delivery of all post-production and promotional deliverables.
- Currency: All payments shall be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD) via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the Supplier's designated bank account in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
- Payment Due Date: Each installment is due within fifteen (15) business days of the applicable milestone date. Late payments shall incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with the British Columbia Interest Act.
- Tax Considerations: All applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the federal rate of 5% and Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) or Provincial Sales Tax (PST) as applicable in British Columbia, Canada, shall be added to the total Purchase Order value. The Supplier shall provide a valid GST/HST receipt for each payment.
- Disputes: Any payment disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Vancouver, BC, Canada, before escalation to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Province of British Columbia.
- Performance Period: The Actor's engagement shall commence on August 4, 2025, and conclude on September 7, 2025, with all principal activities taking place in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

- Health & Safety: The Buyer shall ensure all production locations in Vancouver, Canada, comply with the Occupational Health and Safety regulations of the Province of British Columbia. The Actor shall be provided with appropriate safety briefings prior to each shooting day.
- Cancellation Policy: Either party may cancel this Purchase Order with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' written notice. Cancellation by the Buyer after the rehearsal period has commenced shall result in a 50% penalty fee payable to the Actor.
