- Performance Location: All services under this Purchase Order shall be rendered exclusively at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina and its affiliated rehearsal studios located in the Smouha District of Alexandria, Egypt. No off-site performances are authorized without written amendment to this document.
- Actor Obligations: Each contracted Actor shall attend all scheduled rehearsals, performances, and promotional events in Alexandria, Egypt as outlined in the attached production calendar. Failure to appear without a medically certified absence shall result in a penalty of 5% of the daily rate per missed session.
- Payment Schedule: A 40% advance payment (291,840 EGP) shall be disbursed within 10 business days of mutual signature of this Purchase Order. The remaining 60% (437,760 EGP) shall be paid within 15 business days following the final performance night in Alexandria, Egypt.
- Payment Method: All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account at Commercial International Bank (CIB), Alexandria Branch, Egypt. Reference number "PO-ALEX-2025-04782" must accompany every transaction.
- Intellectual Property: All recordings, photographs, and video footage of the Actor performances in Alexandria, Egypt shall remain the exclusive property of Alexandria Entertainment & Production Co., Ltd. The Actor grants a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for promotional use of their likeness for a period of 24 months.
- Insurance and Liability: The vendor shall maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance and personal accident coverage for all Actor personnel at a minimum sum insured of 2,000,000 EGP throughout the engagement period in Alexandria, Egypt.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 14 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Actor personnel shall be compensated for all rehearsal and performance days completed up to the termination date in Alexandria, Egypt.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Alexandria, Egypt.
- Confidentiality: All parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the production details, Actor compensation structures, and creative content of "The Lighthouse of Alexandria" until the official public premiere in Alexandria, Egypt.
