4. Payment Terms: The Buyer shall remit 40% of the total Purchase Order value upon signature and acceptance, 40% upon completion of the rehearsal period in Addis Ababa, and the remaining 20% within fourteen (14) calendar days following the final performance. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Seller's designated account at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa branch.

Any delay in Actor availability shall result in a penalty of 2% of the daily rate per day of delay, deducted from the Purchase Order total.

7. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to acts of God, government-imposed restrictions in Addis Ababa, civil unrest, or other events beyond reasonable control, provided written notice is given within 48 hours.
8. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall first be subject to mediation in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the Federal Arbitration Commission of Ethiopia.
