The Actor is expected to report to the designated shooting locations across Mumbai, including but not limited to Film City (Borivali), Marine Drive, Juhu Beach, Dadar Station, and various residential localities in South Mumbai and Andheri. All travel, accommodation, and per diem arrangements within India Mumbai shall be coordinated by the production unit as outlined in Section 5 of this Purchase Order.

4. Payment TermsAll payments under this Purchase Order shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by the Actor's management agency. The payment schedule is as follows:
- Advance (40%): INR 6,60,80,000 — payable within 7 working days of signed acceptance of this Purchase Order.
- Mid-Production (30%): INR 4,95,60,000 — payable upon completion of 25 shooting days.
- Balance (30%): INR 4,95,60,000 — payable within 15 working days of final delivery of all Actor services and post-production work.
Applicable TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) under Section 194J of the Income Tax Act, India, shall be deducted at the prevailing rate of 10% on the gross payment to the Actor and deposited with the relevant tax authority in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
5. Logistics & Accommodation in India MumbaiThe production entity shall provide the Actor with a five-star accommodation in the Bandra or Andheri area of India Mumbai for the entire duration of the engagement. A dedicated vehicle with driver shall be made available for all travel between the accommodation, shooting locations, and studio facilities within Mumbai city limits. Per diem of INR 15,000 per day shall be provided for meals and incidental expenses during shooting days in Mumbai.
6. Terms & Conditions- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Mumbai Cinematic Productions Pvt. Ltd. and the Actor (represented by Starlight Talent Management) upon countersignature by both parties.
- The Actor shall not engage in any other film, television, or commercial production within India Mumbai or elsewhere during the active shooting period without prior written consent from the production entity.
- All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to performance rights, likeness rights, and audio-visual recordings of the Actor's work, shall vest exclusively with the production entity upon full payment.
- The Actor shall comply with all safety protocols, union guidelines (Federation of Indian Film Producers), and local municipal regulations applicable to film production in India Mumbai.
- Any cancellation or modification of this Purchase Order must be communicated in writing at least 14 days in advance. Cancellation within 14 days of a scheduled shooting day in Mumbai shall incur a penalty of 50% of the daily rate.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- The Actor shall maintain professional conduct at all times during production activities in India Mumbai and shall not engage in any activity that may bring disrepute to the production or the production entity.
