4.4 Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by the Actor's agency. The initial 50% payment shall be released within ten (10) business days of the execution of this Purchase Order. The remaining 50% shall be disbursed within fifteen (15) business days following the final performance in Japan Osaka.

4.5 In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Japan Osaka), either party may suspend obligations under this Purchase Order without penalty, provided written notice is given within forty-eight (48) hours of the event.

4.6 The Actor grants the Buyer a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Actor's name, likeness, and performance footage for promotional purposes related to the production in Japan Osaka for a period of twelve (12) months following the final performance.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms specified in this Purchase Order. The Buyer confirms that sufficient budget has been allocated for the Actor's engagement, and the Actor confirms availability and willingness to perform in Japan Osaka for the stipulated period.
