The Actor is expected to be available for a minimum of ten (10) hours per day during the rehearsal period and a minimum of six (6) hours per day during the performance run, inclusive of call times, sound checks, and post-show obligations.

• Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the IBAN specified in Section 2 within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Actor or the Actor's designated agency.
• A deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of the Grand Total, amounting to € 14,701.50, shall be due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order by the Actor.
• Remaining payments shall be issued in monthly installments aligned with the performance calendar, with the final settlement due within fourteen (14) days of the last performance.
• All amounts are stated in Euro (EUR) and are subject to the applicable Dutch VAT rate of 21%.
• Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory rate as defined under Article 6:119a of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek).

• This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Amsterdam, Netherlands Amsterdam.
• The Actor warrants that all services rendered shall be performed with professional skill, in accordance with the highest standards of the Dutch performing arts industry, and in full compliance with the CAO Podiumkunsten.
• The Actor shall not assign or subcontract any portion of the services described in this Purchase Order without the prior written consent of Amsterdam Stage Productions B.V.
• Intellectual property rights in the performance recordings, photographs, and promotional materials produced during the engagement in Netherlands Amsterdam shall be owned by the Purchasing Party, subject to the Actor's moral rights as protected under Dutch copyright law (Auteurswet).
• Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with immediate effect in the event of a material breach by the other party, provided that written notice is given within seven (7) days of the breach.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures of venues in Netherlands Amsterdam, shall suspend the obligations of both parties for the duration of the event without penalty.
• The Actor shall maintain valid professional liability insurance throughout the entire engagement period and shall provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
• All communications regarding this Purchase Order shall be directed to the contact persons listed in Sections 1 and 2 and shall be in writing (email or registered mail).

This Purchase Order becomes binding upon written acceptance by both parties. By signing below, each party acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agrees to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this document regarding the engagement of the Actor for the theatrical production in Netherlands Amsterdam.
