The Aerospace Engineer shall provide full-cycle engineering support including structural analysis, aerodynamic modeling, materials selection, and compliance verification in accordance with the Bangladesh Civil Aviation Authority (BCAA) regulations and applicable international aerospace standards.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between BD Aerospace Solutions Ltd. (hereinafter "the Buyer") and the named Aerospace Engineer (hereinafter "the Service Provider") for the execution of the engineering services described herein. All work shall be performed primarily at the Buyer's facility located in Bangladesh Dhaka unless otherwise specified in the scope of work.
2. The Aerospace Engineer shall maintain valid professional licensure issued by the Bangladesh Association of Aerospace Engineers (BAAE) throughout the duration of this Purchase Order. Any lapse in licensure shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Purchase Order without penalty to the Buyer.
3. Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 30% upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon delivery and approval of the structural and aerodynamic design packages, and 30% upon successful completion of flight testing and submission of the BCAA certification documentation. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the Service Provider's account at a commercial bank in Bangladesh Dhaka.
4. All deliverables, including but not limited to CAD files, FEA reports, CFD simulation data, test logs, and certification documents, shall be the exclusive intellectual property of BD Aerospace Solutions Ltd. upon full payment. The Aerospace Engineer shall not reproduce, distribute, or utilize these materials for any third-party project without written consent.
5. The Aerospace Engineer shall comply with all applicable labor, safety, and environmental regulations of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, including the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 and the Bangladesh Environment Conservation Act 1995, while performing services under this Purchase Order in Bangladesh Dhaka.
6. Any change in scope, timeline, or deliverable specifications must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties. No verbal modifications to this Purchase Order shall be recognized.
7. In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation at the Bangladesh Arbitration Council in Bangladesh Dhaka. If mediation fails within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent commercial court in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
8. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. The venue for any legal proceedings shall be Bangladesh Dhaka.

All physical deliverables (test reports, certification packages, material samples) shall be delivered to the Buyer's office at Plot 47, Gulshan Avenue, Dhanmondi, Bangladesh Dhaka 1205. Digital deliverables shall be transmitted via the Buyer's secure project portal. The Buyer shall have ten (10) business days from the date of delivery to inspect and accept or reject each deliverable. Rejection must be accompanied by a written deficiency report. The Aerospace Engineer shall rectify any deficiencies within seven (7) business days at no additional cost to the Buyer.
