This Purchase Order is issued by Indo-Aero Dynamics Pvt. Ltd., headquartered in India Mumbai, to engage the services of a qualified Aerospace Engineer for the design, analysis, and certification support of next-generation composite airframe components. The Aerospace Engineer shall provide full-time on-site technical leadership at the India Mumbai facility for a contract duration of twelve (12) months, with the option to extend for an additional six (6) months subject to mutual agreement.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India Mumbai, Maharashtra.
2. The Aerospace Engineer shall maintain valid professional registration with the Institution of Engineers (India) and shall carry professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of INR 50,00,000 throughout the contract period in India Mumbai.
3. All deliverables, design documents, and intellectual property generated under this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive property of Indo-Aero Dynamics Pvt. Ltd., India Mumbai, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. The Aerospace Engineer shall comply with all applicable DGCA regulations, ISRO technical standards, and internal quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D) maintained at the India Mumbai facility.
5. Payment shall be processed via NEFT/RTGS to the supplier’s designated bank account in India Mumbai within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at 12% per annum as per the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development (MSMED) Act, 2006.
6. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days’ written notice. In the event of termination, the Aerospace Engineer shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date at India Mumbai.
7. The Aerospace Engineer shall not subcontract any portion of the work outlined in this Purchase Order without prior written consent from the Chief Procurement Officer, Indo-Aero Dynamics Pvt. Ltd., India Mumbai.
8. All work performed under this Purchase Order shall be conducted in strict adherence to the safety protocols and environmental compliance norms enforced at the India Mumbai industrial zone.
