- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent courts of Milan, Italy Milan metropolitan jurisdiction.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-ITM-2025-04872) and shall be submitted to the accounts payable department of Aerospazio Industriale S.p.A., Milan, Italy. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Italian Legislative Decree 231/2002.
