All services, deliverables, and physical goods specified in this Purchase Order shall be rendered and delivered within the city of New Zealand Auckland, unless otherwise stated in the line-item table above. The primary site of performance is the Buyer's engineering and fabrication facility at 128 Federal Street, Ponsonby, Auckland 1011, New Zealand. The Aerospace Engineer shall be responsible for all travel, accommodation, and local transport costs within the New Zealand Auckland metropolitan area. Any travel outside the Auckland region shall require prior written authorisation from the Buyer and shall be billed at cost with supporting receipts.

• Payment Schedule: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order; 40% upon completion of all engineering deliverables (Items 01–05); 20% upon final acceptance and sign-off of the NZCAA submission package.
• Payment Method: Electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the Supplier's nominated New Zealand bank account. All payments are denominated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

• 5.8 This Purchase Order is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
