Description of Procured ServicesThis Purchase Order is issued by the Pakistan Aerospace Research & Development Authority (PARDA) to procure the professional services of a qualified Aerospace Engineer for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing on 01 July 2025. The Aerospace Engineer shall be physically stationed at the PARDA headquarters facility located in Pakistan Islamabad and shall perform duties in accordance with the scope of work detailed below.

- Scope of Work: The Aerospace Engineer shall perform all duties exclusively at the PARDA facility in Pakistan Islamabad unless prior written authorization is granted for off-site work. All intellectual property generated under this Purchase Order shall remain the sole property of PARDA.
- Qualifications: The Aerospace Engineer must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution, along with a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in aerospace design, analysis, or systems integration. Professional certification from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory.
- Commencement and Duration: Services shall commence on 01 July 2025 and continue for a period of twelve (12) months, subject to satisfactory performance reviews conducted quarterly by the PARDA project management office in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made on a monthly basis within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice. Invoices shall be submitted by the 25th of each month. All payments shall be processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via bank transfer to the account designated by SkyForge Aerospace Consulting (Pvt.) Ltd.
- Confidentiality: The Aerospace Engineer shall adhere to strict confidentiality protocols as outlined in the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) referenced under Annexure A of this Purchase Order. All classified and sensitive aerospace data pertaining to projects conducted in Pakistan Islamabad shall be handled in accordance with the Official Secrets Act, 1923, and applicable national security directives.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination for convenience, PARDA shall compensate the Aerospace Engineer for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination. Termination for cause shall be effective immediately upon written notice.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940, of Pakistan. The seat of arbitration shall be Pakistan Islamabad. The language of arbitration shall be English.
- Compliance with Local Regulations: The Aerospace Engineer and the supplier shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances of the Federal Capital Territory, Pakistan Islamabad, including but not limited to labor laws, tax obligations, and environmental regulations. The supplier shall maintain all necessary trade licenses and registrations valid in Pakistan Islamabad throughout the contract period.
- Insurance: The supplier shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of PKR 25,000,000 and workers' compensation insurance as required under the Pakistan Industrial Safety Act. Certificates of insurance shall be provided to PARDA prior to the commencement of services.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions in Pakistan Islamabad, or acts of war, provided that the affected party notifies the other within seven (7) days of the occurrence.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Order. This document constitutes a binding agreement for the procurement of Aerospace Engineer services as described herein, executed in Pakistan Islamabad under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
