The Aerospace Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties at the Andean Aerospace Solutions S.A.C. facility in Peru Lima:
- Design and structural analysis of aircraft components, including fuselage panels, wing assemblies, and landing gear systems, using industry-standard CAD/CAE software (CATIA, ANSYS, NASTRAN).
- Conduct fatigue, stress, and thermal analysis on aerospace structures to ensure compliance with EASA CS-25 and FAA Part 23/25 certification requirements.
- Coordinate with the DGAC in Peru Lima for type certification, airworthiness directives, and regulatory submissions.
- Supervise a team of up to six junior engineers and technicians in the daily operations of the engineering department.
- Prepare technical documentation, engineering reports, and test protocols in both Spanish and English.
- Participate in supplier quality audits and ensure all aerospace materials meet AS9100D quality management standards.
- Report directly to the Chief Technical Officer of Andean Aerospace Solutions S.A.C. in Peru Lima.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru, specifically the Peruvian Civil Code, the General Tax Law (Ley General de Tributos), and applicable labor regulations.
- The vendor, AeroTalent Consulting Group E.I.R.L., warrants that the Aerospace Engineer placed under this Purchase Order holds a valid degree in Aerospace Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution and possesses a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in the aerospace industry.
- All payments shall be made in Peruvian Soles (PEN) via bank transfer to the account specified above. Invoices must include the RUC number, IGV breakdown, and a reference to this Purchase Order number (PER-LIM-2025-04782).
- The Aerospace Engineer shall be subject to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and intellectual property assignment clause as per Peruvian Law No. 27806 (Intellectual Property Law). All designs, analyses, and documentation produced during the engagement shall be the exclusive property of Andean Aerospace Solutions S.A.C.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the vendor shall facilitate a transition period of no less than fifteen (15) business days to ensure continuity of engineering operations in Peru Lima.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lima, Peru, in accordance with the rules of the Centro de Arbitraje y Conciliación de la Cámara de Comercio de Lima (CAC-CCL).
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid for the duration of the twelve-month contract term unless extended by mutual written agreement.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement for the procurement of Aerospace Engineer professional services in Peru Lima. All terms, conditions, line items, and scope of work described herein are accepted in full.
