The Aerospace Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties and responsibilities within Singapore Singapore:

• Conduct comprehensive design reviews of aerospace components, including airframe structures, propulsion systems, and avionics integration, in accordance with EASA and CAAS (Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore) regulatory standards applicable in Singapore Singapore.
• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance for the manufacturing of composite and metallic aerospace parts at the Buyer's production facility in Singapore Singapore.
• Prepare and submit engineering reports, failure analysis documentation, and corrective action plans within the timelines specified in this Purchase Order.

The Aerospace Engineer team shall commence all services no later than 1 July 2025 at the Buyer's designated facility in Singapore Singapore. The engagement period under this Purchase Order shall span a duration of twelve (12) months, concluding on 30 June 2026, unless extended by mutual written agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier. All intellectual property, design data, and technical documentation produced by the Aerospace Engineer in the course of fulfilling this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive property of the Buyer.
