This Purchase Order is issued by TransAero Dynamics (Pty) Ltd to formally engage the services of a qualified Aerospace Engineer for the duration of the UAV Structural Analysis project (Reference: TAD-2025-AE-0112). The Aerospace Engineer shall be responsible for the complete structural integrity assessment, finite element analysis (FEA), aerodynamic load modelling, and compliance verification of the company's next-generation unmanned aerial vehicle platform. All professional services shall be rendered at the TransAero Dynamics headquarters located in South Africa Johannesburg, specifically at the Sandton Corporate Park facility, unless otherwise directed in writing by the project manager.
The Aerospace Engineer is expected to hold a minimum of a BEng (Aerospace) or MEng (Aerospace Engineering) degree from a recognised South African institution, with a minimum of eight (8) years of post-qualification experience in structural and aerodynamic design. The candidate must be registered with the South African Council for Professional Engineers (SACE) and hold a valid Professional Engineer (PrEng) designation. All work products, including engineering drawings, calculation reports, and FEA simulation outputs, must comply with SANS 10142, ICAO Annex 8, and applicable South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) regulations.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between TransAero Dynamics (Pty) Ltd and the named Aerospace Engineer upon countersignature. All terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
- The Aerospace Engineer shall commence services no later than 01 August 2025 at the TransAero Dynamics facility in South Africa Johannesburg. Failure to commence within five (5) business days of the start date shall entitle the issuing company to cancel this Purchase Order without penalty.
- All intellectual property, design data, FEA models, and engineering documentation produced under this Purchase Order shall remain the sole and exclusive property of TransAero Dynamics (Pty) Ltd. The Aerospace Engineer shall execute a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to commencement of work.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-JHB-AE-0047) and be submitted to the accounts payable department at the Sandton, South Africa Johannesburg office.
- The Aerospace Engineer is responsible for all professional indemnity insurance (minimum cover of ZAR 5,000,000) and occupational health and safety compliance in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993 (South Africa).
- Any variation to the scope of work must be approved in writing via a formal Purchase Order amendment. Verbal instructions do not constitute a valid variation to this Purchase Order.
- The Aerospace Engineer shall comply with all company safety protocols, site access regulations, and information security policies as applicable at the South Africa Johannesburg facility.
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance until 14 July 2025. After this date, the issuing company reserves the right to withdraw the order without obligation.
