All deliverables, site visits, and on-site engineering assessments shall be conducted at the Buyer's principal facility located at 42 Regent Street, London W1B 5AH, United Kingdom, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom London.
- Commencement and Completion: The Aerospace Engineer shall commence services no later than 1 July 2025 and shall complete all deliverables no later than 30 November 2025, unless an extension is mutually agreed upon in writing.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Aerospace Engineer. Invoices shall be submitted to the Buyer's Accounts Payable department at 42 Regent Street, London W1B 5AH, United Kingdom. The Aerospace Engineer shall not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent from the Buyer, in compliance with United Kingdom data protection legislation.
- Compliance and Certification: The Aerospace Engineer warrants that all services rendered shall comply with applicable EASA regulations, United Kingdom aerospace industry standards, and the specific technical requirements set forth in the project specification annexed to this Purchase Order.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall pay for all services satisfactorily rendered up to the date of termination.
- Insurance: The Aerospace Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of £5,000,000 and public liability insurance of £2,000,000 throughout the duration of this Purchase Order, with certificates of insurance to be provided to the Buyer upon request.
- Health and Safety: The Aerospace Engineer shall comply with all health and safety regulations applicable to the Buyer's facility in United Kingdom London, including but not limited to the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and all associated statutory instruments.
