Description of Services — Aerospace Engineer Engagement
This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Aerospace Systems, Inc. to formally authorize the procurement of specialized Aerospace Engineer professional services to be performed at our primary facility located in United States Houston, Texas. All deliverables under this Purchase Order must comply with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, NASA-STD-8719.13 safety standards, and applicable Texas state engineering licensing requirements for the United States Houston metropolitan area.

Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Meridian Aerospace Systems, Inc. and Apex Aerospace Engineering Consultants LLC for the provision of Aerospace Engineer services within the United States Houston area.
- The contracted Aerospace Engineer must hold a valid Texas Professional Engineer (P.E.) license and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in aerospace propulsion and structural systems design.
- All work shall be performed at the buyer's facility located at 4500 Gulf Freeway, Houston, Texas 77023, United States, unless otherwise specified in writing by the project manager.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-HOU-AE-00847).
- The Aerospace Engineer shall maintain full professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $5,000,000 per occurrence, naming Meridian Aerospace Systems, Inc. as an additional insured party.
- All intellectual property, design data, and documentation produced under this Purchase Order shall remain the sole property of Meridian Aerospace Systems, Inc. The Aerospace Engineer agrees to execute any additional assignment documents as required.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the federal laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Houston, Texas.
- The vendor shall comply with all applicable OSHA safety regulations at the United States Houston work site and shall provide all necessary personal protective equipment for on-site activities.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days written notice. In the event of termination, the vendor shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date.
