- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice in the event of material breach. In such case, the Architect shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
- Confidentiality: The Architect agrees to treat all project information, site data, and commercial details as strictly confidential and shall not disclose them to third parties without prior written consent from the Purchasing Party.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies as defined under Argentine law.
- All communications regarding this Purchase Order shall be made in writing and delivered to the addresses specified above. Electronic communications via email shall be deemed valid notice.
