This Purchase Order is issued by the Municipalidad de Córdoba to engage the services of a licensed Architect and their professional team for the design, documentation, and technical oversight of the Rehabilitation and Expansion of the Municipal Cultural Center, Barrio Alta Córdoba. Payment shall be made in accordance with the following milestone schedule, subject to written acceptance by the Municipalidad de Córdoba's project manager:
- Milestone 1 (20%): Upon approval of the conceptual design – ARS 3,235,540
- Milestone 2 (25%): Upon approval of schematic design – ARS 4,044,425
- Milestone 3 (25%): Upon submission of permit-ready documentation – ARS 4,044,425
- Milestone 4 (20%): Upon completion of construction documentation and tender package – ARS 3,235,540
- Milestone 5 (10%): Upon completion of construction supervision and as-built handover – ARS 1,617,770
All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by the Architect within 30 calendar days of milestone acceptance. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco de la Nación Argentina for public-sector obligations.
- The Architect warrants that all deliverables shall comply with the Código de Edificación de la Provincia de Córdoba, the Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial de la Ciudad de Córdoba, and all applicable national regulations (Ley 24.451 – Protección del Patrimonio Cultural de la Nación, where applicable).
- The Architect shall maintain professional liability insurance (Seguro de Responsabilidad Profesional) with a minimum coverage of ARS 50,000,000 for the duration of the contract.
- All intellectual property in the architectural drawings, models, and documentation produced under this Purchase Order shall vest in the Municipalidad de Córdoba upon full payment.
- The Architect shall not subcontract any portion of the services without prior written authorization from the issuing entity.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Province of Córdoba, Argentina, and the national laws of the Argentine Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the city of Córdoba.
- The Architect shall comply with all applicable labor, tax, and social security obligations under Argentine law (Ley 27.430 – Régimen de Contrataciones del Estado, as applicable to provincial entities).
