1. Architect Registration & Compliance: The Architect firm shall maintain a valid registration with the Ordre des Architectes de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale throughout the duration of this Purchase Order. 2. Intellectual Property: All architectural drawings, designs, models, and documentation produced under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of the Purchaser upon full payment.
