- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, specifically the Egyptian Civil Code and the Public Procurement Law (Law No. 182 of 2018). Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved by the competent courts in Egypt Cairo.
- Licensing: The Architect firm shall maintain a valid license issued by the Egyptian Syndicate of Engineers throughout the duration of this Purchase Order. A certified copy of the license shall be attached as Annex A.
- Timeline: The Architect shall complete all design phases within fourteen (14) calendar months from the date of this Purchase Order.
