The Architect shall hold a valid professional registration with the Hessen Chamber of Architects (Hessische Architektenkammer) and shall maintain professional liability insurance (Berufshaftpflichtversicherung) with a minimum coverage of € 5,000,000 for the entire duration of this Purchase Order.
3. All Architect deliverables shall be produced in accordance with the German Standard for Architectural Fees (Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure – HOAI) and shall be submitted in both PDF and CAD (DWG/IFC) formats.
4. Payment shall be made within 30 days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Architect, via bank transfer to the IBAN specified above. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-FRM-2025-0487).
5. The Architect shall comply with all data protection regulations under the GDPR (DSGVO) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) when handling any personal data related to the Germany Frankfurt project.
6. Intellectual property rights for all Architect designs, drawings, and documentation created under this Purchase Order shall vest in Frankfurt Main Development GmbH upon full payment. The Architect retains the right to display the completed Germany Frankfurt project in professional portfolios.
7. The Architect shall attend bi-weekly progress meetings at the Frankfurt Main Development GmbH offices in Germany Frankfurt and shall provide written progress reports every two weeks.
8. Any changes to the scope of Architect services must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences. No verbal modifications to this Purchase Order shall be binding.
9. The Architect shall ensure full compliance with the Frankfurt Energy Saving Ordinance (Frankfurter Energiesparverordnung) and shall incorporate sustainable design principles in accordance with the Germany Frankfurt Green Building Initiative guidelines.
10. This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Architect shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date in accordance with the HOAI fee schedule.
