This Purchase Order is issued by Tashkent Urban Development LLC to formally engage the services of Central Asia Architectural Studio, a licensed Architect firm registered in Uzbekistan Tashkent, for the complete architectural design, structural planning, and regulatory compliance documentation of a mixed-use commercial and residential complex located in the Yakkasaray district of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

The Architect shall be responsible for the following scope of deliverables:

All payments under this Purchase Order shall be made in Uzbekistani Som (UZS) via bank transfer to the Architect's designated account at the National Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The payment schedule is structured as follows:

4.1. This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the applicable regulations of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of Uzbekistan.

4.2. The Architect warrants that all design deliverables shall comply with the current building codes, seismic design standards (SNiP), and urban planning regulations applicable in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The Architect shall hold a valid professional license issued by the Chamber of Architects of Uzbekistan.

4.3. The Architect shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 500,000,000 UZS for the duration of the project and shall provide a certificate of insurance upon request.

4.4. All intellectual property rights in the architectural drawings, 3D models, and design documents produced under this Purchase Order shall vest in the Purchaser upon full payment. The Architect retains the right to reference the completed project in a professional portfolio with prior written consent.

4.5. The Architect shall not subcontract any portion of the architectural design work without the prior written approval of the Purchaser. Any approved subcontractor shall be bound by the same terms as stated in this Purchase Order.

4.6. In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through amicable negotiation in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Should negotiation fail within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the Tashkent City Arbitration Court for resolution.

4.7. The Architect shall adhere to the project timeline as outlined in the attached Schedule of Works. Delays exceeding 15 calendar days attributable to the Architect shall result in a penalty of 0.5% of the total contract value per day of delay, capped at 10% of the total value.

The Architect shall complete all phases of work within a total project duration of 14 months from the date of this Purchase Order acceptance. The conceptual design phase shall be completed within 3 months, detailed design and regulatory submissions within 6 months, construction supervision within 9 months, and final documentation within 14 months. All milestones are subject to the approval timelines of the Tashkent City Architecture and Urban Planning Committee.

Note: This Purchase Order is valid only for the project site located at Plot 7, Yakkasaray District, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Any change in project location, scope, or scale exceeding 10% of the original design parameters shall require a formal amendment to this Purchase Order signed by both parties.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of Architect services in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
